Saskia Fischer
Saskia Fischer has just graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, in the summer of 2005, where some of her roles include Sophie in ‘Baal’, directed by Mark Ravenhill; Anya in ‘The Cherry Orchard’; Edward/Betty in ‘Cloud Nine’; Evadne in ‘A Maid’s Tragedy’. Before LAMDA she studied English & Drama at BirminghamUniversity. Film experience includes two short films, ‘Mine’ and ‘Waterbaby’. This is her first project with Fruits of the Womb.

Tracy Forsythe
Trained originally at the Drama Academy in her native Dublin, Tracy has since studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts, London. Previous theatre credits include: Abigail Williams in “The Crucible”, Nancy in “Play it again, Sam” and Deanne Rose in “Pistols” (all Brighton Festival); Mary Brenham in “Our Country’s Good”, Nurse Flinn in “One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest” and Sarah Brenton in “Nothing Personal” (Sussex Arts). She has appeared in two independent films, playing Gemma in “Adagio” and Celine in “Mary’s House”. Tracy is very excited about “Note to Self” and her personal snippets of advice are: “Don’t believe everything your family tell you and don’t boast about it in school afterwards – Auntie Pat does not own the La Touche Hotel and Uncle Bill was not Errol Flynn. Also, don’t let your brother hold a catering sized tin of cocoa powder upside down over your (freshly washed) head, those lids have no staying power.”

Benjamin Kidd
Ben has recently graduated from Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, where he studied for 3 years. Whilst at Bristol, he appeared as Jack in Alan Ayckbourn’s A Small Family Business, Louis in The Front Page, and Joseph in The Nativity, as well as gaining extensive TIE and touring experience. Before training, Ben studied at NottinghamUniversity, gaining a 2:1 honours degree in Philosophy with English. Whilst at Nottingham, he performed twice at the Edinburgh Festival, as well as performing as Macbeth for Hush Productions. He has worked closely with Hush, a young company devoted to new writing and devised work, on several projects, as an associate artist.

Shash Lall-Williamson
Shash graduated from Drama Studio London in 2003 where he played a wide range of roles whilest training spanning all genres of theatre and screen. Since graduating he has worked on an advert for the clothing brand Dockers, two short films, an independant TV series and various play readings including some great new material. He has also worked in the corporate acting world using theatre as a means to educate the working environment. When Shash finishes working on "Note to Self" he will begin shooting for a British independant feature titled "The Cult" where he will be playing the lead male role.

Marcio Mello
Marcio Mello completed his BA (Honours) degree in Acting at Macunamma University, Sco Paulo in 1997, before going on to work with several professional theatre companies in Brazil. His credits include "Women of Troy", "The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui" and "The Importance of Being Earnest".
In 1999, Marcio moved to London to study Physical Theatre with Desmond Jones, before going on to complete a practical Masters degree in Classical Acting at London's Central School of Speech and Drama in 2003.

Antonia Windsor
Antonia graduated from the Oxford School of Drama in 2005, while she was training she worked with top industry professionals, including theatre director Tim Stark who recently directed her in Noel Coward’s Easy Virtue at the Battersea Arts Centre, radio director Jonathan Tafler, and film director Tony Bicat. In November Antonia played Professor Baff in a new comedy, Parasites, at the Hen and Chickens. Prior to training Antonia was involved as a collaborator on a number of performance projects with companies including Primitive Science, Reflex Theatre and Neongrannies. She has enjoyed workshops with, among others, Eugenio Barba, Gardzienice, Philip Zarilli, Bobby Baker, Ken Campbell and Vladimir Ananyev. In 2000, she represented the British Council at the International Theatre festival in Slovakia. She is part of the London-based devising network the Playground, www.the-playground.co.uk.

Nina Lemon - Director
Nina Lemon is a director, writer, and workshop leader who has worked extensively with community groups and fringe theatre companies. In addition to her work as co-founder of Fruits of the Womb Nina is also Artistic Director of Xpress Youth Theatre based at The Camberley Theatre.
Nina studied Drama at Royal Holloway University of London and is currently studying part time for an MA at Central School of Speech and Drama. She is constantly updating her professional practice and recent workshops include Directing Puppets with Steve Tiplady, Advanced Rainbow of Desires Techniques with Augusto Boal, Adrian Jackson and Cardboard Citizens Theatre Company and Physical Theatre with David Glass and the B.A.C.
Nina's directing credits include for FOTW Missing (Lost Theatre Company One Act Play Festival), 100 (The Camberley Theatre), The Vagina Monologues (Electric Theatre Guildford), The Affirmation (The London Fringe Symposium), Dorothy's Friends (Bloomsbury Theatre and Edinburgh Fringe) The Conception (Glass Bar - Women in the Arts Fest).and for Pier Playwrights Swimming with Teenagers.
Her assistant directing credits include for Andy Jordan Productions Calculus and Talk about the Passion (New End Theatre London and Arc Theatre Stockton) and whilst at university the English Premiere of David Greig's The Architect.
Nina has also taught and directed extensively for schools and youth groups. She recently worked as an A Level Theatre Studies teacher for Strodes College. She is currently working with an FE group from Portesbery School for people with servere learning disabilities and and runs an after school group for Carwarden House School for people with moderate learning disabilities.
As artistic director of Xpress Theatre recent productions include Burn by Deborah Gearing as part of the Shell Connections Scheme (The Camberley Theatre and The Greenwich Theatre.), Strange Days by Steve Pearce and Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. She is also the founder and organiser of the Voices youth arts festival.
Nina is currently working with Xpress Theatre Company (ages 16 - 25 years) to produce a schools’ tour of The Laramie Project to educate about homopobia and hate crimes.
As a writer Nina’s previous credits for Fruits of the Womb include Missing, The Conception, The Affirmation and Dorothy’s Friends. For Xpress Theatre she collaborated with Jason Orbaum to write and produce VANISHED, an epic musical with a cast of over eighty five 8-12 year olds.

Hazel Paterson - Production Manager
Hazel started working in professional theatre in 2001 at Clwyd Theatr Cymru in the lighting department. She then spent several months working in the Art department at Mersey Television working on “Hollyoaks“, “Grange Hill” and Brookside” which prompted her to return to education and she is in her final year of a BA (hons) Video Production and Drama Production degree at BCUC. Hazel spent 6weeks in Edinburgh last summer as Deputy Technical manager for C Venues at the Fringe Festival and continues to work as a freelance technician at the Wycombe Swan theatre, she is also resident technician for Wellesborne Drama studio and Technical Director and Lighting Designer for BCUC’s upcoming production of Caryl Churchill’s “The Skriker” in March.
