Tracy Forsythe
Trained originally at the Drama Academy in her native Dublin, Tracy has since studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts, London. Previous theatre credits include: Abigail Williams in “The Crucible”, Nancy in “Play it again, Sam” and Deanne Rose in “Pistols” (all Brighton Festival); Mary Brenham in “Our Country’s Good”, Nurse Flinn in “One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest” and Sarah Brenton in “Nothing Personal” (Sussex Arts). She has appeared in two independent films, playing Gemma in “Adagio” and Celine in “Mary’s House”. Tracy is very excited about “Note to Self” and her personal snippets of advice are: “Don’t believe everything your family tell you and don’t boast about it in school afterwards – Auntie Pat does not own the La Touche Hotel and Uncle Bill was not Errol Flynn. Also, don’t let your brother hold a catering sized tin of cocoa powder upside down over your (freshly washed) head, those lids have no staying power.”
